Build your confidence to feel good around others

We are a team of Occupational Therapists who are passionate about supporting young people to live their best lives.

Many young people struggle to feel confident in social situations.

We can help.

Our team specialise in working with young people and their supports. We run groups for teens and young adults (14-25 years) who want to feel more confident and connected with others, and can also see young people for individual Occupational Therapy or mental health support.

We also deliver training and supervision for mental health clinicians, workers with young people and those wishing to develop their skills in therapeutic group facilitation.

To express interest in our services and find out if they may be a good fit for you, your service or a young person you support, please contact us via email or phone.

Hello, Carlton!

Our current groups are run at the Kathleen Syme Community Centre, Carlton, which hosts a number of great community groups and services, and is both centrally located and close to public transport. We might also meet you here for a 1:1 session, or arrange to meet in a setting that works best for you (telehealth also available). For more info about access and the accessibility of the community centre, you can read more on our Accessibility Info page.

We are proud of the work we have done with these organisations:
