Our Services
We work with young people between the ages of 14-25 who want to develop their social confidence. We also support health professionals and workers who support young people through training and supervision.
Services for young people
Roadmapping
Our 1:1 Roadmapping sessions are designed to help young people identify their social goals. This is a 50 minute appointment with one of our therapists. Together, we’ll map out what supports and steps will help you towards doing what’s important to you. We can also discuss your interest in our groups.
Groups
We offer a range of facilitated groups to support young people who would like to feel more comfortable, confident and connected in social situations. Our approach is neuroaffirming, and different to social skills training- click below to read more!
Individual Support
We know some group participants may benefit from 1:1 support alongside their group sessions. Other young people may not feel quite ready for a group, but would like to work towards this goal. We provide individual sessions (privately, under NDIS or with a Mental Health Care Plan) for young people with goals around social connection.
