We know that lots of young people have received the message that they will only be liked or accepted if they change.

We hope that these same young people know that they’re fine the way they are.

This is our aim for those who come along to our groups. We want young people to feel okay being themselves. We want them to know there isn’t one right way of being a human.

We want them to feel okay about owning who they are and feel proud to say “this is me.”
