“I’m an Occupational Therapist and I love working with young people to be able to do the things that are important to them.
I remember from a young age always wanting to support people to feel better. This happened at school, work, with friends and family. I guess the drive to help has never gone away, and now I feel so fortunate to be able to do this every day as a job.
I developed a passion for group work after being inspired by some awesome clinical mentors. There is nothing like a group to help a person to feel supported by others who get them, and know what it is like to have a hard time.
In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family, our new puppy, and showing off photos of said puppy. I’m a massive bookworm, so I’m happiest curled up on the couch reading on my own or with my kids.”
