Hi, I’m Rachel!

“I’m an occupational therapist who gets a little too excited talking about group work!
Why? Because deep down I think we all want to feel accepted for who we are, to have a sense of belonging, and the knowledge that we are not alone. I believe that no amount of 1:1 therapy can provide that as well as a supportive group experience.
Here are some things that make my eyes sparkle: watching a great movie or TV series, long days at the beach, drinking coffee, and spending time with my friends and family. I have three amazing kids, several *unfinished* craft projects and books lying around, and a few too many house plants!”

Rachel started working with young people as a disability support worker before becoming an occupational therapist. She has since dedicated the past 18 years to supporting teens and adults with their mental health.
